I’m moving out from my room and I would like to find a person that can replace me. You will live with two Russian girls and share three bedroom apartment. The room is 25 m2 and is furnished. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities are shared by all in the apartment. Rent is 200€ / month for the room plus 22€ for internet and heating, total 222€ / month per person. The apartment is located 15 minutes walking distance from DIA in the northern part of Dessau. I prefer you if you move in or in February or at least in March.
If you interested please contact Anahit Hayrapetyan at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The flat is southeast of the city center, about a 10 minute ride by tram from the main train station. The rent is 133-€ / month + electricity and internet. Trains run between Dessau and Leipzig every hour and takes 40 - 60 minutes to reach either destination. For more information, contact email@example.com.

I am Holger I am german and also searching for a room for me and my friend in Dessau. Last week i went there and visited some available rooms in shared flats (called ‘wg’) from www.wg-gesucht.de. But the problem this year is that much more students start to study rather than finishing university.
So the situation you have to expect is to live in a hotel/hostel or use www.couchsurfing.org for a few days and then open new shared flats with other searching students.
Many interesting apartments are available here:
The good areas for students are in ‘Nord, ‘Mitte’ and ‘Siedlung’.
If you already have an apartment you can also open a www.couchsurfing.org account and host others for the first time in october, as well as sharing your experience how to find a room and make the contract and so on.
You can also share your experience here on the blog how you succeed to find a good place. I think many people out there still have questions.
